I often have to give myself a talking to. It’s easy when things are bad and not going the way that you want things to go to feel sorry for yourself and let everything gets on top of you. I sometimes moor around and take to my bed. After a while feeling sorry for myself I have to make myself get up and face the world.

It may make you feel better feeling sorry for yourself in the short term. But in the long term you need to pull yourself together and face things head on
